Your Responsibilities:
• Define the marketing strategy for poultry/health products, closely collaborating with sales and innovation teams.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the strategic plan, directly engaging in business activities.
• Work closely with the management to tailor the strategy for poultry/health products to the division's needs and explore its extrapolation to regions outside of Europe.
Your Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, preferably with a PhD or MBA.
• Solid 5 to 10 years of experience in product marketing for animal food and/or health.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages will be valued.
• Successful experience in marketing welfare products on the poultry segment; motivation and ambition to advance and contribute to continuous growth within the organization.
